Ce sac d'entraînement destiné à la boxe et au karaté est conçu pour être utilisé dans le cadre de différents sports de combat. La nouvelle structure de ce sac d'entraînement lui confère une plus grande durabilité ainsi qu'une bonne résistance à des coups durs et rapides et à un pliage répété. Il permet également de s'exercer à appliquer des coups au moyen des membres inférieurs. Il est possible de modifier sa forme et son poids, ainsi que sa rigidité, de façon à les rendre proches de ceux du corps humain, et d'élargir son champ d'application.
